Does anyone know how many hours apart you should take your morning and evening doses?

I think on the instructions the dosage stays in your system for about 12 hours. I take mine in the morning with a full glass of liquid. Although it's says to take with a meal, I don't have breakfast but coffee in the morning. My system is just used to this. I might feel a little nauseous but goes away within 5 minites and am fine with that. I know some or most can't do this without a meal. 1mg in the morning andI then take .5mg around 4:30 PM. I do this b/c I don't want to have the dreams in the night, which is working very well for me. Hope this is helpful.
