I took 2 20 mgs of Adderall today as prescribed to me. Now I'm trying to sleep. Can I take 25 mgs of Benadryl?

Do NOT take Adderall with Zquill, you will get heart palpitations at 4 am the following night. I take 15 mg of adderall as prescribed to me, the other night I took Zquill and I woke up with 80bpm while resting, stay safe guys

nicolebright; Yes that is fine, Then what you could try to do is adjust your 2 dose's of meds so your last dose is late enough in the day so that it works all day and you can get to sleep at the time you normally do. Good luck and if you have problems with this check with your doctor. But if you just started the medication it may take some time for your body to adjust to the medication.
