my physician has me on citolpram 20mg and I was just wondering what or if the drug Adderall is the same type of medication? I took adderall once just two doses, to try it and it is weird because it emmediatley made me feel more normal than I had felt in long, long time. I was able to get through the day productively and while I have only been on citalopram for a little over two weeks I am not feeling where I want to be yet. It makes me yawn all the time.
What is the difference between citalopram and a drug called adderoll?

Citalopram and Adderall are quite different.
Citalopram belongs to a class of drugs called selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) and is usually used to treat depression.
Adderall belongs to a class of drugs called central nervous system stimulants and is usually used to treat narcolepsy and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).
