I have narcolepsy and I am on a 20mg Adderall XR capsule in the morning and 1 20mg Adderall tablet 2x a day, totaling in 60 mg of Adderall per day. I am still having trouble staying awake during the day.
Can Desoxyn be used for narcolepsy?

To answer your question in simple terms... Yes, it can be used to treat Narcolepsy
Narcolepsy is treated much like ADD/ADHD with drugs that stimulate the central nervous system
As for your Choice of drug, Desoxyn ( Methamphetamine ) is probably the most expensive drug available, most pharmacys don't stock it because of the cost.
Insurance; won't cover most the time because Cost/ Cheaper drugs available.
Doctors; Don't like to prescribe long term/Addictibility.
