Unless you actually see the pill come up, never assume you vomited it up. It can be a big problem if you take another dose and didn't vomit the first one.

Hi, kaw! The majority of oral meds are designed to be absorbed via the stomach in 15-30mins. At worst, you may have only lost a tiny % of your pills.
I wouldn't take another dose!

thank you! I've heard so many different things. i had to start back up on my effexor, due to horrible withdrawls
