Can I cut a 20 mg baclofen in half so I can take only 10mg?

Unless your doctor has specifically told you to break the pill in half, it isn't usually a good idea. This can cause the active ingredient to be released into your body in a more rapid rate than its supposed to, which can have negative effects and or cause the medication to not work the way it is generally supposed to.
