Does anyone know why you need to take contrave at night? I don't need it to suppress my appetite before I go to bed, so what's its function at night?

Contrave is time released. The reason you take it at night is to get a steady level of the medication in your system. You want to take it at night so that in the morning you have the benefits of the medication. I certainly don't want to wake up obsessing about food. Hope this helps!
I take it at due to not dealing with the horrible side effects of the headaches & being nausea. I have lots of energy the next day. I have only been taking it for 5 days. The first 2 days were horrible and I could not maintain at work; once i took 2 pills at not it would make me sleepy.
