Increased sweating is a common side effect that should subside between the first couple weeks.
With regards to the weight it can go either way depending on how your metabolism reacts to the drug:
Common (1% to 10%): Anorexia, decreased/increased weight, decreased/increased appetite
I experienced loss of appetite for about two months then I felt extremely hungry thereafter. I'm able to recognize where the hunger is coming from and I'm able to maintain control. As far as having an upset stomach, it's still there just not as bad. I've been on Celexa for four months and I can say that I'm mentally much better just very tired.
As I mentioned in a previous post if ever you have passing thoughts of suicide, please know that it's not real its the dosage of Celexa and call your doctor.
