I’ve been reading charhoney123 review. She she said she didn’t get better until week 7. I’m on week 5 on citalopram & my anxiety is worse today. Just wondered if anyone can tell me if it will get better? I’m better outside because I’ve got things to take my mind off of things, but it’s cold. When I’m indoors I have time to think. I know I’ve got to keep going & hopefully will start feeling better by week 7 or 8.

Remember that everyone reacts differently to medications in this case this antidepressant (SSRIs), so it will vary from person to person besides it takes 6 to 8 weeks for Citalopram to reach its full therapeutic effect, so hang in there, you will get better.
As you mentioned it is important to keep oneself busy, try, if you can, reading, watching films, etc., as you say it is cold outside, but you can also exercise indoors and find other activities to keep your mind busy.
Be patient and never lose your faith that you will get better.
All the best, masso
