I have stage 3 CKD and DDD, DJD
Hypercholesterol and Hypothyroid Disease. I hydrate well. I started Farxiga in June 2022. Was active at 80.
Does carvedelol cause extreme tiredness ?

Fatigue is considered a very common side effect affecting up to 24% of people being treated with Carvedilol.
I suggest you contact your DR. and inform her/him.
