... Arterial AFIB condition. I explained to my Doctor the Phentermine does not effect my appetite for a very long time period. One pill ingested in the early AM with my other medications will only suppress my appetite for a few hours. The rest of the day I am left craving food. My Doctor refuses to resolve my issue. I asked for a higher dose per day, and he refuses to change my script for more doses per day. So I asked him for a different medication to help with the cravings. I am looking for a "new medication" and a new Doctor in Zip Code region 33928 . Thank you in advance for any thoughtful responses, they are very much appreciated

You can try asking for a script of naltrexone, and either dissolving it into water and drinking 1-3 ml. Or cutting it into smaller pieces. There’s a naltrexone/bupropion combo drug but it’s quite pricey.
Adding bupropion can help too but I doubt with phentermine and those co-disorders they will prescribe. Find a psychiatrist but be careful with your heart. All the best.
What about Ozempic that a lot of people are using for weight loss. A lot of people including celebs are losing weight on it.
“It reduces food intake by lowering appetite and slowing down digestion in the stomach,[21] helping reduce body fat.[33][34]”. It lowers blood sugar too.
I have the book the Obesity Code. It’s helped to understand how periods of not eating really lower insulin which then lowers appetite. ALso not drinking sugar during those periods. Grazing was promoted since this century. But it’s really not good, and increases insulin which then increases appetite. Happy new year.
