I have been on Lisinopril 20mg for a couple months now and have lost 20lbs by doing absolutely nothing different. Is this normal? I am overweight as it is, not extremely bad, but I'm not complaining. Just everything I've read said it could actually make you gain weight, not lose it.
Can Lisinopril cause weight loss?

Answers
Unusual or rapid weight gain or loss is a serious side effect of lisinopril. I would suggest that you see your doctor ... just be checked out.
