I'm taking 7.5mg of Buspar 2x a day. Once early in the morning, the second about 2pm. I've also been given trazodone to help as needed with sleep. I would be taking it about 7 hours after my second Buspar dose.
Seems to be fine but there are some flags for these two meds together.

Unfortunately, drug interactions do occur with many prescription , OTC, and herbal/natural medications. The good news is that these interactions are mostly rare occurrences. Your concern would be serotonin syndrome which is very uncommon and can be easily treated in the early stages. A few people even recover without medical treatment. In most cases doctors are aware of this potential interaction and have determined that the benefit to you outweighs the risk. Be aware of the early symptoms but don't be afraid if your doctor has prescribed both medications. https://www.drugs.com/cg/serotonin-syndrome.html
