I have been on the Wellbutrin now for a1 month a 3 days and I started getting extremely agitated to the point I could rip the paint off the while and real short with family members. I ask my doctor if I could get off of it and get back on my Prozac 10 mg that really worked well for me except for tiredness. He wants me to stay on it for 2 more months, and I just can't. How would I taper off of this, or can I just quit since I haven't been on it long?

You can not stop cold turkey, you will have withdrawals, even if you have been only a month on it your body, the drug is already in your system, the fact is you have side effects.
This antidepressant is quite good, it does take about 6 to 8 weeks for it to reach full therapeutic effect, and you should have felt some improvements during the first couple of weeks, but as you mention you have not and it has been 4 weeks.
Two options, either you stick it out and keep taking it and give this antidepressant a chance or you get back to your Dr. and insist he helps you discontinue this med safely and get you back on Prozac.
The way I see it, if in 4 weeks it has not shown any improvements and it has become a nightmare, perhaps this med is not for you and at the end of the day he , your Dr., is not doing you any favors, you are paying him, gives you the right to express what you are feeling and the need to feel better, he is not the one taking this med feeling awful, you are.

Forgot important info, I do too take meds and for me to start a new med, in my case they are joint decisions between my Dr. and I, the decisions are not unilateral, meaning I will not take or stay on a med I believe is not good for me nor will I go into trial and error with whatever he decides.
Before I start any new medication we agree I will take, I do my research and based on that will I try it or not.
I know everyone has a different relationship with their prescribers, but at the end of the day I am the one experiencing new drugs, side effects, interactions., risks, etc. not the DR., and again I pay for his professional services, no favors here.

Thank you so much for your response. I didn't take the Wellbutrin yesterday, kind of felt a little off balance but later felt better. Didn't take it this morning and I am doing great! No irritability at all. Not sure when to start back on the Prozac because my doctor (Gynecologists) wants me seen right away says he is really worried about me. I sent his nurse a message this morning and told them I felt great.
I am actually thinking of going to another one now.
