I've been taking bupropion 75mgs once daily for 10 days for anxiety. I don't feel well on it plus I'm experiencing disassociation. Can I cut my dosage in half? I'm 66 years old.
Is bupropion 75mg too much for me?

Boy, I don't know about you, but it sucks being a senior. I am sixty six years old and will be sixty seven this year. My feet hurt, when I laugh urine come down my legs, I look at my husband of thirty years, and wonder if I get away with murder, the only friend that I have in this world, is my dog shyroo he understands my reasons for panic/depression(smile)
One of the side effects of Ibupropian, is dizziness, stomach aches, hypertension and in some cases, increased panic attacks.
Every individual is different when it comes to there immune system. What might work for one, does not necessary mean it works for all.
What I have been doing lately, is in the morning when I get up, I take these vitamins: Gingko biloba, for memory lapse, GABA, for stress B-12 for my immune system, Energy pills, Evening Primrose Oil, primary for women's health, L-Theanine for thyroids. In the afternoon, I take 10 mg of citalopram, once a day. In evening Valerian and Ashwagandha, along with a shot of whiskey(smile) By the time I am ready to retire, I feel like Dorothy in the wizard of oz, click my red heels(smile)
Now, Nanny Robyn, I am merely speaking of what works for me. A suggestion only, that's not to take away from trust in your physician.
Good Luck
