I got my first dose of Prolia last April. In May I started having pain in the right foot. The MRI showed swelling around the tendons. Then it hit the left foot. In July it had spread to the back of my calves. In Oct I got the second injection. By Thanksgiving day I could barely walk. Nerve pain, joint pain, and burning down the backs of my legs. My ankles feel tight, but aren’t swollen, as do my knees.
Has anyone experienced severe pain with Prolia?

Prolia for me has caused so much pain and two jaw surgeries at M.D. Anderson Cancer Center. The side effects have changed my life. I feel it does more damage to the people taking it than any good it might do.
I am having body pain everything is sore. I have just been on Prolia for 3 weeks. I am also having breathing problems. That’s the worst. I plan to see a pulmonary specialist next week for a spray to help get me through the next 5 months. I will not continue with this medication
