Yeah, they are known for vivid dreams.
Seroquel is often prescribed in combination with other psychoactive drugs. Specifically, Risperidal is known to cause horriffic, gory nightmares from which the person pops awake suddenly and often has trouble distinguishing their dreams from reality for up to 30 minutes. One identifier of Risperidal is hair-raising chills at the time it is taken. Seroquel, then, is prescribed to help stop the awful nightmares that the Risperidal causes.

I woke up at 6;40 this morning shaking and soaking wet after a nightmare from risperidone. This is only the second night I am taking them for anxiety, but it will be my last. Never had it happen on seroquel.
