Has anyone on citalopram had that side effect of not being able to urinate? I’m worried I’ll get it?

Hi, Eve!
Urinary retention only affects about 0.1-1% of users.
I never had this side effect... in fact, just the opposite... urinary frequency.
It's a matter of the benefits of the medication outweighing the slight risk.
Best regards and I hope you do well.
