I was prescribed the antibiotic and took my first dose at 2 pm, I took my next one at midnight since my pharmacist said every 10-12 hours. I have been looking up dosage times online and I keep seeing 12 hours, so wanted to know if it has to be every 12 hours between doses.
Is it okay to take Amoxicillin 875 two hours early to get it on schedule?

With antibiotics you want to get as close to that order as possible but not tot he point of insanity. You can adjust the time so you aren't getting up in the middle of the night to take just because you started it as soon as you got the medication.
Pandaking13 Yes the only time it is very critical the doctor would have told you I want you to set you alarm etc and get this in you so this is not the case. Why don't you take it today at noon to get it closer to a better time and take the other dose at 11 or so at nigh as long as your within a hour or two this is fine if in dought call you doctors office and ask them if this is okay..this no matter what you do in reason..well stay in you close to the 12 hours period for you next dose you Need your sleep too friend... hope you are feeling better soon...
Its okay there is no problem if you had taken your next dose two hours earlier, but you should to take your every next dose at time.
