What amox tr k clv 875 125mg treat for
The brand name for the amox tr k clv 875/125 is Augmentin. This basically is amoxicillin 875mg with an added ingredient clavulanic acid aka potassium clavulanate which is the 125mg part which stops bacteria from destroying the amoxicillin. The resistant bacteria are then destroyed by the amoxicillin. Therefore, bacteria that are resistant to amoxicillin by itself can then be treated successfully. I hope this helps! If not, I can answer any further questions you may have.
Amoxicillin 875mg is just that. Amox trk clv is amoxicillin with clavunate which helps keep bacteria from fighting off the amoxicillin. That is what the 125 is. The brand name for it is augmentin.
