Definitely take a good, strong probiotic. My Dr. recommends Florastor when taking this particular antibiotic. I’ve heard this one can cause muscle tenderness among many other side effects.

Take probiotics asap. Antibiotics can make you loose the good bacteria in your intestines and this can lead to diarrhea.
