I am about to start valdoxan to help with my sleep. I can not remember a time when I slept through the night and am constantly tired. I usually wake up 2 or 3 times per night and it takes me about 30 - 6- mins to get back to sleep. (I usually have to get up) I am currently on 200mg of Pristiq for anxiety and depression and my doctor believes that if I get better sleep that will help with my mental health. Has anyone else been on something like Pristiq and then added valdoxan to it? Any idea of what I can expect?
About to add valdoxan to my 200mg of Pristiq per day?

Valdoxan is an antidepressant that will cause more anxiety. You would be better off taking trazodone 100mg. You sound ro be a candidate for remeron. It makes you hungry but you sleep. Have you thought about seroquel? Zyprexa helped me. Ambien and sonata are good pills but are controlled. What about benzos? Talk about those. 2mg at ivan. Good luck.
