Yes, you can take 800 mg of ibuprofen and 10 mg of Flexeril at the same time.
Depending upon how bad your back injury is you may choose to take 400mg of ibuprofen with10mg of Flexeril first to see if that alleviates the pain.
When you wake up in the morning reevaluate you're pain.
Also be careful with the 10 mg Flexeril. If you have never had it before it can make you drowsy.
