I am 19 years old and weigh about 135-165 lbs for reference. I used both of these to fall asleep as I have trouble sleeping. I feel fine and am not experiencing any side effects besides a little sleepy but it's also nighttime. I have bad anxiety thinking I'm going to overdose and I just want to make sure I'm not going to die or anything.
I had 50 mg of Tylenol PM and 25 mg of Benadryl. Will I be okay?
