I usually take it within a few minutes of the same time every day.
There was one Sunday that I took it about 45 minutes late. That day I had sex and while he didn't ejaculate inside we did go two rounds so there was a likely hood of pre-cum.
I've been spotting for about 5 days now and I started the placebos yesterday. No period yet but I'm a bit paranoid. Last night I woke up with cramps and was bleeding. Swore my period had started but it dissipated a few hours later. Back to spotting now. In my heart I feel like I'm safe but I can't help but worry. Am I safe?

What kind of pill do you have? If it is the combination one,usually it has this 12hrs grace period they are saying so 45mins. Late is fine,maybe you are just worrying too much. If the single hormone one,if I am not mistaken,that is 3hrs. So 45mins. Wouĺd still be fine?
