First time user of Antabuse. Took 250 on a Thursday drank the following Wednesday. No issues.

Let the doctor know you are not ready to quit. If you are in rehab tell the counselor. You don't appear to be ready to stop.

I know this is a late response, but i would recommend waiting AT LEAST 48 hours between your last dose and taking a drink. And even then, be cautious! Really the longer the better/safer...

there are other medications out there that cut down cravings and not same side effects
