Voltaren (diclofenac) for Muscle Pain "I have been in pain for so very long that I thought there was no way anything could help. My latest painful foray was when I pulled a muscle in my shoulder. I used Voltaren the first time and it took almost all the pain away. The second time I used it, I was pain-free. I was thrilled."

For Back Pain "I have degenerative disc disease and foraminal stenosis and am in chronic pain. I've tried all sorts of pain relievers from the weakest all the way up to fentanyl. The other day I was in incredible pain and someone gave me a 75 mg diclofenac. I researched it and reviews were very positive, so I tried it. Amazingly, it worked great and very fast."

For Sciatica "I have suffered with sciatica since I was in a snow machine accident when I was 15. That was 13 years ago. I just started on this medication this year, and I can't believe how wonderful it works. Instead of being bedridden for 3-5 days, I can take this pill a bit before bed, and I am 80% better in the morning."

Cambia (diclofenac) for Migraine "I love Cambia. I took 4 doses of Imitrex in a 24-hour period and couldn't get rid of a migraine. Out of desperation, I took a sample dose of Cambia my doctor gave me, and my migraine was gone in 15 minutes. I called my doctor and had him call in a prescription for me. It was the fastest-acting pain reliever ever."

Zorvolex (diclofenac) for Pain "Using Zorvolex for overall joint pain, and it’s a lifesaver. It has completely changed my quality of life. Taking three 35mg per day. For those of you having trouble paying for the med, I have full coverage PPO insurance. The drug needed preauthorized and would still cost me $150 a month. I contacted the manufacturer, and since my insurance doesn’t cover more of the cost, I can get this for free every month at Walgreens. I just have to call for a code. Worth trying if you haven’t!"

Voltaren (diclofenac) for Pain "The side effects are brutal. Stomach aches, nausea, bloody stools, headache, diarrhea, increased blood pressure, just to name a few. This medicine did give me some relief from pain at the cost of the side effects. Be careful with this medicine, I won't take this med anymore."

For Osteoarthritis "I have horrible joint pain for someone my age (58), and there isn't a joint in my body that hasn't hurt at some point. I have taken more ibuprofen over the years than I could ever count. A year ago, I started taking Celebrex because I'd heard that for some people it's a miracle. In that year, I have had total knee replacement (left knee), then two more 'revisions' on the same knee to get rid of an infection. Just weeks ago, I came to the conclusion that Celebrex just wasn't getting the job done for my pain, and of course, I did not want to take narcotics. I did a lot of research (the reviews on this site were immensely helpful) and decided to give Diclofenac a try. It has been fantastic, and I feel better than I have in years."

For Period Pain "I stumbled upon this drug, diclofenac, for my period pain, and I am so thankful that I did. I take the 100mg diclomol, and I've been taking it for almost 12 years now. My dad would use it for arthritis pain, and one day when I was 18, I was cramping with my period and decided to try it, and VOILA, pain was gone. Nothing else worked for me from brustan (this would last like two hours, and I'd be in pain again) to ibuprofen and panadol. So, since that day, I've always used this medicine. It even got me through my copper IUD insertion and the PAINFUL CRAMPS that came with it. I've had my IUD for two years, and diclomol still works when I have period pain, just like it did before my IUD. I really recommend this drug, however, if you have acidity issues, please don't take it. I also love the fact that it's a slow-release tablet, and I don't need to take more than one, even in a day or two, if the pain is really severe. Currently on my period, and an hour ago I was in pain, but now the relief is so good. Girls, try it!!!"

For Osteoarthritis "I have taken this drug for over 3 years. Not daily, but as needed (maybe once or twice a week). I am not able to take narcotics, so my doctor prescribed this for my neck arthritis, back spasms, and a frozen shoulder. This med took away at least 90% of the pain from all of the painful areas. I never had any of the reported side effects like stomach pain or diarrhea (and I have preexisting stomach issues). This is a game-changer for me because it's the only thing that has worked."

Cambia (diclofenac) for Migraine "Cambia is diclofenac potassium. This company added flavor consisting of mint and anise (licorice flavor). Also, they added aspartame, which is not a good thing. They charge hundreds of dollars for only nine powders. The actual drug of diclofenac potassium is cheap, and you get a 30-day supply. I just crushed the pill into a powder and took it with water just like the Cambia...worked just as fast and tasted better, because it had no taste. Don't be fooled by the makers of Cambia. It is just another EpiPen scandal story."

For Pain "I’ve had fibromyalgia for over 8 years now and some arthritis, severe neck, shoulder, and back pain. After a while being on pain meds and all types of other medications I’ve tried over the years, I didn’t get much relief. So I was prescribed diclofenac. I went from a pain level of 9 to a 2 the first time I took it! I can do more than I could before! So glad something finally helps ease the pain."

For Osteoarthritis "I have had severe to moderate knee and ankle pain from osteoarthritis and was taking two 50 mg of tramadol a day to get through the day at work. Then a co-worker told me about diclofenac and how it was a wonder drug for him, so I asked my doctor to let me try the drug. I have taken other anti-inflammatories before, but they didn't seem to help, but this drug has been fantastic. I have been able to work out again, and it has really reduced the amount of knee and ankle pain I get. I take two 75 mg tablets a day and have not had any side effects, and I have been taking it for about 3 months. I would recommend this drug to anyone who has arthritis pain."

Voltaren (diclofenac) for Osteoarthritis "I have been on all kinds of pain medicines and have had injections in my spine and hip to help relieve the pain from my arthritis, but nothing has worked as good as this. I know there are risks with this medicine, but for the relief I got, the benefits more than outweigh the risk. This stuff works."

Zorvolex (diclofenac) for Osteoarthritis "I am 38 years old with 4 small kids. I've recently been diagnosed with osteoarthritis in my hips and most likely my knees. I was also having significant shoulder and heel pain. Within 2 days of starting this medication, I would say I was 75% better. Now, after 1 month, I feel better than I have felt in years. I am amazed that 1 medication can work this well. I have not noticed any side effects."

For Back Pain "Wow. After struggling with injections, painkillers, muscle relaxants, physical therapy, chiropractic, and acupuncture... 50 mg diclofenac 1 to 3 times a day for 1 week took out the stiffness and pain in my back completely. Almost equally as good as steroid injections. I have lower facet joint syndrome, spondylolysis, and some sciatica. I really wish it had a better side effect profile, particularly on the arterial changes it can make, increasing the risk for heart attack and stroke!!! I've taken 1000 mg of naproxen for weeks with no noticeable difference, though it's safer side effect-wise. I plan on using the quick release and/or the time release diclofenac to calm down intense flare-ups without staying on it for long periods of time. It's too bad, the pain relief is better than Percocet, which you have to be a criminal to get anymore!!! If only it were safer to take.....!??"

For Sciatica "I had the worst sciatica pain down both legs. Now, after two 75 mg tablets of delayed-release Diclofenac Sodium daily, after 2 weeks, all the pain is gone! It's a miracle and it also helps my migraine headaches and back problems too many to mention here."

Zorvolex (diclofenac) for Pain "This is an update since my last post. I took Zorvolex for 1 month. Experienced only one side effect - slight increase in blood sugar. But it's finally under control. I can sit and watch TV. Take a brisk walk around the park. I still err on the cautious side and wear my back brace during any physical activity like grocery shopping, gardening, vacuuming, washing the car, etc. I occasionally have to stop, stretch, and rest my back. I'm 63 years old, and this is as close to normal as my back is going to get. That, my friends, is good enough for me!"

Zorvolex (diclofenac) for Pain "My doctor prescribed this for inflammation in my lower back area, I have been on it for one week. My shoulder and neck pain is gone almost completely, and my back feels a lot better. As of today, it's been 5 days I have been on this product. The info says it takes two weeks... am hoping it just gets better. Very impressed."

Zipsor (diclofenac) for Pain "I have been on many pain/anti-inflammatory medications to help with rheumatoid arthritis, plantar fasciitis, and a torn tendon in my shoulder. It is the fastest acting and most effective pain relief I have tried (comparing to Duexis, hydrocodone, prednisone, tramadol). It does not cause stomach upset like other NSAIDs, and the only side effect is sleepiness, but a quick nap and pain is much better and no grogginess."

Voltaren (diclofenac) for Back Pain "I went through cortisone injections and got relief which lasted about 5 months after which I received an ablation procedure which did nothing. It was not worth the discomfort of the procedure. I then tried Voltaren, even though it was not approved (yet) for back pain. I am 81yrs old and with age came spinal disk changes and arthritis which for the most part is unavoidable. I swear by this product. It has alleviated 95% of my pain with the application just 1x per day. I also use a heat pad for 20-30 minutes following the application waiting 1 hour after the application. Kudos to the science."

Voltaren (diclofenac) for Pain "I got this from the VA right before it was dumped on to the public. It did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING for the pain. I may have been using petroleum jelly. It's a waste of money. Thing is, the accompanying information listed on the sheet had a number of side effects listed. Somehow, they seemed to have disappeared."

Voltaren (diclofenac) for Pain "Had gout on and off now for 20 years and always used Voltaren 75 at the first signs of an attack. I take one tablet and the symptoms are usually gone in about 3 to 4 hours. I have been to doctors on several occasions when I ran out of Voltaren and asked for Voltaren on prescription, but always told that they are not good to take and always given rubbish that does not work. I normally go on holiday to Spain and get pills over the counter at the local pharmacy."

Cambia (diclofenac) for Migraine "I have suffered from prolonged migraines for over 20 years. This is the first medicine I have used that relieved my pain. My recent migraine was going on twelve hours when it was suggested that I try this medication. Within 1 1/2 hours, it was gone. I am hoping not to use it again for a while, however, the next time I need Cambia and it works, I will have found my miracle."

Voltaren (diclofenac) for Rheumatoid Arthritis "I have rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia, and also arthritis in my neck and spine. I take the 100 mg tablet, and it works just fine for me. I take it with Zantac 150 to protect my stomach. I only need 1 pill a day. If in severe pain, I will also take a muscle relaxer called Norflex, and I am able to rest and function and get much-needed relief."
