  • loss of interest or pleasure
  • nausea
  • passing gas
  • rapid weight gain
  • tingling of the hands or feet
  • tiredness
  • trouble concentrating
  • trouble sleeping
  • unusual weight gain or loss

The most commonly reported side effects include nausea, headache, increased gamma-glutamyltransferase (GGT) and depression.[Ref]

Gastrointestinal

Very common (10% or more): Nausea (up to 13%)
Common (1% to 10%): Flatulence, abdominal distention, gastrointestinal pain, constipation, abdominal pain/upper and lower abdominal pain
Frequency not reported: Fecaloma[Ref]

Nervous system

Very common (10% or more): Headache (up to 11%)[Ref]

Hepatic

Common (1% to 10%): Increased gamma-glutamyltransferase (GGT)
Frequency not reported: Increased alkaline phosphatase, increased alanine aminotransferase, increased aspartate aminotransferase[Ref]
