Get emergency medical help if you have any of these signs of an allergic reaction while taking chlorophyllin (the active ingredient contained in Derifil) hives; difficult breathing; swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat.
Stop using chlorophyllin and call your healthcare provider at once if you have:

severe stomach pain or diarrhea.
Common side effects may include:

loose stools;

green-colored urine or stools (a normal side effect of chlorophyllin and not cause for concern).
