Rinvoq (upadacitinib) generally stays in your system for around 2 or 3 days after you stop taking it. Rinvoq has an elimination half-life of 8 to 14 hours. A half-life is the amount of time it takes for a medication to reach 50% of the original concentration in your body. It typically takes a drug about 5 half-lives to be considered eliminated from the body.
