bromfenac bivalirudin

Using bromfenac together with bivalirudin can cause you to bleed more easily. Call your doctor promptly if you have any unusual bleeding or bruising, vomiting, blood in your urine or stools, headache, dizziness, or weakness. You may need a dose adjustment or special tests to safely use both medications. It is important to tell your doctor about all other medications you use, including vitamins and herbs. Do not stop using any medications without first talking to your doctor.

Food significantly decreases the levels of bromfenac. Avoid eating a high-fat meal. Take bromfenac on an empty stomach at least 30 minutes before or 2 hours after a meal. This will make it easier for your body to absorb the medication.
