Alcohol can increase the nervous system side effects of pimozide such as dizziness, drowsiness, and difficulty concentrating. Some people may also experience impairment in thinking and judgment. Food can enhance the levels of rufinamide in your body. To ensure maximal oral absorption, rufinamide should be administered with or immediately after a meal.
