Alcohol can increase the nervous system side effects of azelastine nasal such as dizziness, drowsiness, and difficulty concentrating. Cephalexin and multivitamin with minerals should not be taken orally at the same time. Products that contain zinc may interfere with the absorption of cephalexin into the bloodstream and reduce its effectiveness. You should take multivitamin with minerals at least three hours after taking cephalexin.
