Usual Adult Dose for Diagnostic
Leukocyte labeled scintigraphy: 0.259 to 0.925 GBq (7 to 25 mCi) intravenously
Comments:
- Optimal planar imaging between 2 to 4 hours
- Do not use methylene blue in the preparation of the Tc99m labeled leukocytes
Cerebral scintigraphy: 370 to 740 MBq (10 to 20 mCi) intravenously
Comments:
- Perform dynamic imaging between 0 to 10 minutes
- Perform static imaging from 15 minutes up to 6 hours
- Methylene blue may be added to Tc99m for cerebral imaging

Storage requirements:
- Store the kit at 15C to 25C (59F to 77F).
- Store the formulated drug for up to 30 minutes at 20C to 25C (68F to 77F) using appropriate radiation shielding.
