Tebentafusp has not been studied in patients with moderate to severe liver dysfunction; caution is recommended in these patients. Because increases in ALT or AST have been observed in patients treated with tebentafusp, ALT, AST, and total blood bilirubin should be monitored before starting and during treatment with tebentafusp.
Tebentafusp (applies to Kimmtrak) renal dysfunction
Moderate Potential Hazard, Moderate plausibility.
Tebentafusp has not been studied in patients with severe renal dysfunction (CrCl less than 30 mL/min); caution is recommended in these patients.
