Nedosiran has not been studied in patients with moderate or severe liver disease (total bilirubin greater than 1.5 upper limit of normal with any aspartate aminotransferase).
Nedosiran (applies to Rivfloza) renal dysfunction
Moderate Potential Hazard, Moderate plausibility.
Nedosiran has not been studied in patients with severe renal dysfunction (eGFR less than 30 mL/min/1.73m2).
