Moderate Potential Hazard, Moderate plausibility. Applicable conditions: Liver Disease
Lumasiran has not been studied in patients with severe liver dysfunction (total bilirubin greater than 3 times the upper limit of normal with any AST). Caution is recommended if used in these patients.
Lumasiran (applies to Oxlumo) renal dysfunction
Moderate Potential Hazard, Moderate plausibility.
Lumasiran has not been studied in patients with estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) less than 30 mL/min/1.73 m2 or patients on dialysis. Caution is recommended if used in these patients.
