The use of enasidenib may interfere with bilirubin metabolism through inhibition of UGT1A1. It is recommended to advise patients to report any changes to the color of their skin or the whites of their eyes to their healthcare provider for further evaluation. Evaluate for signs and symptoms of jaundice to rule out any conditions that may cause hyperbilirubinemia.
