Afamitresgene autoleucel has not been studied in patients with any degree of hepatic impairment.
Afamitresgene autoleucel (applies to Tecelra) infections
Moderate Potential Hazard, Moderate plausibility. Applicable conditions: Infection - Bacterial/Fungal/Protozoal/Viral
Afamitresgene autoleucel is not recommended in patients with active infections. Additionally, this drug may cause viral reactivation. Patients should be screened for presence of viral and infectious agents (e.g., Epstein-Barr Virus, Cytomegalovirus, Hepatitis B Virus, Hepatitis C Virus, Human Immunodeficiency Virus) if clinically indicated. Monitor for signs and symptoms of infection before and after treatment. Consider antiviral therapy to prevent viral reactivation per local guidelines.

Moderate Potential Hazard, Moderate plausibility. Applicable conditions: Renal Dysfunction
Afamitresgene autoleucel has not been studied in patients with any degree of renal impairment.
