For Immune Thrombocytopenia "I've taken Nplate, 350 micrograms for over a year. It keeps my platelets between 11 and 19. Once it reached 24. Once. IVIG and Rituxin did not work for me. Tavalisse has scary side effects and my hematologist at Stanford does not recommend it. Steroids made me crazy and since my partner is on steroids, we can't both be on them together."
