For Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension "I have been taking Adempas for 2 years. My breathing is getting worse. Out of breath with exertion or any exercise, I have gained 40 lbs, my stomach, looks like I am 9 months pregnant. I have pain in my extremities, legs, face and arms swollen. My extremities are swollen and hurt and pain in stomach. I had been going from one doc to the next with much testing done with no positive results of anything wrong. Until I read comments here on drugs.com that listed all the med side effects and I match them to my symptoms. I will be speaking to my doctor about all of this."

Adempas (riociguat) for Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension "Have been taking as part of my treatment for PAH for now 1 year. Had the headaches and some mild diarrhea during the titrations. Take 2.5mg 3x daily. This drug has helped me tremendously to have a better quality of life and again be able to do many things that before would not be possible because I would have no energy to do them. I am very grateful for this drug."

Adempas (riociguat) for Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension "I have been on this medicine for 18 months. It has helped me regain some of the ability to walk and I have not lost anymore mobility. When I started the medicine I had to make myself get out of bed! It has improved my life!"

Adempas (riociguat) for Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension "Been on this med for almost six months .. shortness of breath is worse!! My stomach looks like I’m six months pregnant, allergies, feet swollen.. all for nothing .. asking her to switch me tomorrow"

Adempas (riociguat) for Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension "I did not see any positive results with this medication. I am still on this medication.Within the first 2 and 1/2 months I gained 20 lbs. I am not very happy."

For Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension "Unfortunately, had all the side effects listed and couldn’t urinate well. Vomiting was awful. I couldn’t handle this med, but I wish you well. Good Luck"
