For Dry Eye Disease "While I like the drops and they help me a lot, I get upset every time I use them because they run out of the eyes no matter how I twist my neck to make them stay in. It is a pity to waste so much of this very expensive product!"

For Dry Eye Disease "I have tried many others, but Miebo is the only one for me. So perfect, and I love it. Only issue is the size of the bottle that is supposed to last 1 month. Using a drop four times a day as directed will simply not work for me. Being very careful and using it as directed, I can only get 17 days out of it. I am concerned that my pharmacy may not give me refills as I need them due to the manufacturer saying that it will last a month."

For Dry Eye Disease "Agree with the others, the bottle is too small, and I’m terrible at giving myself eye drops, but I will tell you that it takes at least six weeks for it to actually work. But when it does, oh my gosh, what an amazing difference it has made!"

For Dry Eye Disease "Since Bausch discontinued Lacrisert, this product costs about the same at $750-$850 per month. It is effective but not as easy to insert nor as long-lasting as Lacrisert. The Miebo applicator is ineffective, even when following instructions. One drop will easily run out of the eye, down your cheek. Considering this Rx waste, a 3ml bottle will NOT last 30-45 days. Bausch & Lomb MUST do better to provide dry eye patients with the full 45 days of treatment they and/or insurance companies are paying for. It was very frustrating to lose the effectiveness of Lacrisert, to find another B&L alternative that provides relief but comes at such a high cost both financially and in product loss. The product provides relief but if B&L is serious about providing effective treatment for dry eye patients, the applicator MUST be improved so those who already struggle with dry eye disease/vision can apply Miebo with ease and consistency."

For Dry Eye Disease "Agree with others that the amount in the bottle is not enough for 4 applications per day for 1 month. It’s difficult to use per the instructions, and mine ran out with a week to go. Might try using only 3 times a day. Don’t know if it’s more important to use numerous times a day or for the full month."

For Dry Eye Disease "I feel like it may help my chronic dry eye condition, however, the bottle is much too small, not user-friendly, and seems to be a lot of product waste, especially for the price, when our insurance company won’t cover it. I feel like I’m getting headaches from it, unfortunately. Wonder if it can be refrigerated?"

For Dry Eye Disease "I’ve used Miebo for six months and consider it a miracle. My doctor addressed the application issue from the beginning and told me to just get ‘a bit’ in-and not to worry if ‘full drop’ didn’t get in. I used four times a day initially but have improved so much that morning and night applications now suffice. My vision has improved dramatically and grit is gone. I’m beyond grateful to be able to read again!"

For Dry Eye Disease "Miebo works pretty well. However, the bottle only lasts like a week as it is so tiny. It states you can use up to 6 times a day. That's ridiculous given you would run out in a few days. I am not renewing my prescription because it's a joke. Why do they make the bottle so small? Please give us the right amount to last all month."

For Dry Eye Disease "For people with MGD, this drug works well but is a temporary fix and you will need to buy the drug for the rest of your life. The problem is that the glands have closed up so oil can’t flow into your eyes and keep the tears on your eye. Find an ophthalmologist that does meibomian gland probing for about $800 per eyelid. It resolves the oil gland problem. That procedure with Restasis to treat my GVHD has been a lifesaver."

For Dry Eye Disease "It is definitely the best product on the market for dry eyes. My problem is I keep running out before the 30 days is up. Can they make a larger container, such as regular eye drop containers."

For Dry Eye Disease "Tried a sample for one month. It worked great, but unfortunately the cheapest I could get it was $100.00 for a 30-day supply. That's not affordable for me."

For Dry Eye Disease "I have only been using it a short period of time. I really like it. The bottle is way too small. I'm supposed to take it 4 times a day, it will never last a month if I use it as prescribed."
