"I take 2 BP medications that only lower my BP to 136/80 - when I add 1 dose of hawthorn tincture extract (30 drops) it almost immediately lowers to (approx.) 125/75. Also, my cholesterol climbed to 215, and although my doctor told me not to worry (my HDL was about 170 and low LDL), I did worry. I started drinking 1 cup of Hawthorn Berry tea in the evening, and within 8 months, my total cholesterol went down to 130. I also quit drinking my coconut milk latte in the morning. Also, my Raynaud's went away completely, and so did my rosacea."

"After battling a weak heart for many years and lowered ejection fraction, I added hawthorn to my many other OTCs. Ejection fraction rose from 27% to 45% over a 6-week period."

"Hawthorn berry extract tastes delicious, but did little for my ability to breathe when my heart was failing. Arjuna is what actually made a difference. 1/4 tsp. as needed."
