For Herbal Supplementation "Actually helped with sperm production, well, it made my sperm thicker and produce much much more when I orgasmed. Definitely worth a try if this is a problem for you. Didn't cause any ill side effects. Definitely produce more, and it worked in about two weeks time."

For Herbal Supplementation "Used fenugreek to promote breast milk production. Worked wonders! The only side effect: I smelled like maple syrup, which was not bad."
