"I began taking Exjade in 2017 for iron overload in my liver. To start, I didn't like the way that I had to take it. I had to mix 3 tablets with water or orange juice. They did not dissolve very well. The breakdown of the tablets was gritty. Side effects: rash, diarrhea, weak kidneys, and symptoms of gout. Stopped taking after about eight months to a year, and the issues started clearing up, but I am still suffering from kidney issues. I do not recommend this drug to anyone."
