For Herbal Supplementation "My grandmother gave us bone set tea for a chest cold that was very tight, hard coughing. Although it doesn't have a good taste it makes you sweat. You must stay covered. My grandmother called it sweating the cold out. The next morning you still had a cough but it didn't hurt to cough. Tightness gone,usually with one or two cups."
