For Herbal Supplementation "My dad had introduced me to this herbal (bee pollen). I take it every day, let it dissolve on my tongue, about a teaspoon full. And I'm good to go. I take it to avoid constipation. I am thankful to my dad for recommending this to me, it's the most effective thing I have ever taken."
