Acetic acid / antipyrine / benzocaine / polycosanol otic "I had used it for many years to control excessive ear wax. Always had excellent results. I would use it between two to three times a year. Since it was pulled off the market, I have resorted to Murine ear oil. In my experience, Murine did not work as well as Auralgan. Auralgan softened the ear wax in half the time of other products. I now use baby oil, as it seems to work as well as Murine, at one tenth the cost!"

"My mother kept this product in our home from the 1950s on, and I did and continue to do so. Excellent product for earaches or plugged ears."
