Zyrtec-D - Can you take zyrtec if you have a fever due to cold symtoms?

Zyrtec D won't help with the fever related to your cold symptoms.
It has pseudoephedrine, the nasal decongestant, which will help with the cold. The antihistamine, cetirizine will help with sneezing, etc. You need to take acetaminophen or ibuprofen to reduce the fever. Hope you are feeling better.
