How Does Zoloft cause sleep problems as dose is decreased? What can help sleep?

Sorry, not taking Magnesium, I am taking Vitamin B12 2000 per day due to a very low B12 lab result

50 to 37.5 is quite a big jump. From my experience with withdrawal from SSRI medication slow and steady wins the race.
Zoloft comes in liquid form making a slower withdrawal schedule easier.
People who rush the process can experience various side effects. Insomnia is a common one.
What is the best way to decrease dose of Zoloft until off med?
Liquid Zoloft is the best way to decrease. My advise is to do it slowly, thus preventing possible withdrawal symptoms. Most experts recommended no more than 10% cuts at a time then holding for at least one month before resuming. The idea is to stabilise on the lower dose before attempting more cuts. This may seem tediously slow but from my own experience it works! It is better to have a good life whilst withdrawing than to do it too quickly and suffer. Some people seem to breeze through a fast withdrawal but they are the lucky ones, for most it is much more difficult.
